“ Last night I was invited to share a birthday dinner with family and I must say the atmosphere was amazing. We were escorted to the "Red Room", by the hostess. The space was dark and cozy. The feel of an old Hollywood movie. The walls were adorned with photographs of various actors and/or singers very beautifully decorated the walls adding to the moody vibe. The service was very professional and pleasant, with great knowledge of the menu. The only reason I didn't give them five stars, I found the prices to be quite high across the board. I mean $65 for a glass sparkling rose?! Special occasion dinner, yes. Trying to impress the in-laws to be maybe, but for the average Joe, I'll see you next year. ”
“ Fia has always been one of my favorite restaurants on the Westside! Unfortunately, it did seem to not live up to my usual expectations. Service was slower than usual, but still good, the food was a bit more hit or miss, as were the drinks. One thing that hasn't changed is the ambiance, the prices are still up there too, it was about $180 per person this time with apps, drinks, and dessert. Food: 4/5 Drinks: 3.5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 Value: 3/5 Overall: 4/5 ”
“ Enjoyed the garden brunch experience at Fia while visiting LA and the best way to describe it is absolutely dreamy! The $67 prix fixe which includes bottomless bubbles is beyond worth it. Food was absolutely fresh, flavorful and delicious. Service and ambiance were incredible, we went in January and it was very comfortable and not too cold at all in the garden. 100% recommend! ”
“ Cute girls' night out in a cozy ambiance with romantic vibes. For starters, we ordered the Fia Italian salad and crispy fried potatoes. I expected the fried potatoes to be crispier, but they softened when drenched in the cheese and chimichurri sauce. For our main dishes, we shared the arrabbiata tagliatelle, cavatelli truffle pasta, seabass and porterhouse steak. The handmade pastas were delicious and the truffle pasta was chef's kiss, the sauce was so rich and creamy! The steak was juicy and tender though the seabass was a bit too salty. Overall, our dining experience was outstanding! ”
“ I came in with a big group for a birthday dinner and we had the best time. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and I feel like we got to try just about everything on the menu. The staff were really helpful in accommodating an allergy and offering suggestions. The chopped salad was honestly the star of the show. We still talk about how it was the best salad we've ever had. Some other amazing dishes were the seafood risotto, truffle pasta, spicy tuna arancini, and the smoked burrata. The desserts were amazing, every drink we had we loved. You really can't go wrong! Can't wait to go back ”
“ I am absolutely amazed by this place! It's so gorgeous with both outside dining and an inside patio. The outside area is magical--hidden away with beautiful lights, creating a comforting and romantic atmosphere. It's a great spot for catching up with friends or having a romantic date night. The inside is more formal, while the outside has a more relaxed vibe where you can wear street-style outfits. The food was incredible! I had a vegan dinner with lasagna, cauliflower, and mushroom with oyster sauce, all perfectly made. I shared the meal and left full and happy. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow, but it was understandable as the place was fully packed, including the open bar. The servers were constantly running to keep all guests happy. Despite this, I'm excited to come back with my husband to try other dishes. Five stars! ”
“ This was a phenomenal experience, one that I'll remember forever. We ordered the spicy chili tuna, grilled Spanish octopus, truffle Parmesan cavatelli, sweet corn agnolotti with blue crab and lobster foam, tortellini with porcini mushrooms and other vegetables, and finally, their famous cascading tiramisu. The spicy chili tuna was a flavor bomb of cold spicy tuna and warm crispy arancini (which tasted like a fried rice circle). Flavorful but the temperature threw me off a little. The grilled Spanish octopus took a while for me to properly dissect. I couldn't decide whether I liked it or not. In the end, despite the char being a bit too strong for me, I decided that I did like the texture of the octopus and the combination of the grilled avocado and red sauce (I'm not sure what sauce this is). Out of the three pasta dishes, the corn agnolotti is, by far, the most incredible pasta dish I've ever had. The sweetness from the creamy corn-filled agnolotti paired with cardinal sauced and decorated with pieces of blue crab had created an explosion of flavors that paired together all too well. Plus, the lobster foam on top added savoriness to it to balance out the richness of the sauce. This is an ABSOLUTE MUST. The truffle pasta was a typical truffle pasta. Since I love the taste and smell of truffle, then this is the one for you. The mushroom tortellini had fresh crispy vegetables to accommodate the rich mushroom sauce. Nothing bad to say here. Finally, the dessert. It was brought out to the table with a metal cylinder. As the waiter lifted the cylinder, the cream oozed out and covered the tiramisu layers. It was also topped with an indulgent scoop of chocolate ice cream, making it the perfect way to conclude the meal. If you're in LA, definitely go visit Fia! ”
